The main menu is set up for open navigation, as the content does not necessarily need to follow a linear path. After each episode and the action plan is completed, a "complete" burst will notify you of it's status. You can return to the "Home" screen from either the side menu, or by selecting the "Home" button which is available on every screen.
Each episode's story follows a "graphic novel" style approach. Backgrounds and graphics were created using Illustrator. The character treatment style was rendered in photoshop using several filters and adjustment layers. The navigation bar at the bottom of each screen features navigation buttons, the title of the episode or action plan and a progress meter.
Reflection questions after each episode and the Action Plan invite users to enter information and intended action based on their own experiences as they relate to the characters in the stories. Once the Action Plan is complete, users can print out a fully formatted PDF of their input and other pertinent information.
The Resource section is a collection of additional videos, micro-modules, Job Aids and Tools that support and offer further information around the particular skill. Resources are fully embedded within this section and open up within the module itself.
