Micro-Immersion series

The ask for this project was to develop a series of micro-modules based on leadership competencies. Each module is made up of an animated video that is meant to teach leadership skill by telling a story from a leaders perspective and personal experience. The animation style and humor are meant to engage and entertain the learner in a teachable moment. A short reflection activity follows, and then a "Keep it Going" section completes the module. I designed and developed each module and created all the animations for the project.
