This digital course is based on a virtual instructor led program. The ask was to take the content from the vILT and develop a digital version that would be a truly responsive mobile driven experience. The program is broken out into 4 separate modules, with each covering a specific aspect of digital selling. A separate scored interactive pre-assessment was also developed for each module, including a Virtual Reality experience. I was responsible for the overall design of the project and developed two of the four modules including their pre-assessments. I also managed and assisted the development work provided by an outside vendor for the other two modules.
Each of the four modules in this course were developed in Elucidat to create a truly responsive mobile first experience. The course is media heavy and includes a mix of audio and video clips that are used to deliver and and then test learners knowledge of selling in a virtual world.
The self assessment for Prospecting with Digital Buyers is based on the social media platform Linkedin, and is used to inform and test learners knowledge on how to build a strong on-line presence. Learners are asked to analyze specific areas of their profile and make additions, adjust settings, remove irrelevant content and choose followers. The first part is a Virtual Reality game that puts the learner in a home-based office environment and allows them to explore the space and remove distractions, create ideal lighting and organize their surroundings.
