Customer Experience with Empathy was a refresh project. The ask was to redesign the look and feel of the program, create a more dynamic and engaging experience as well as ensure that the program meets the WGAC Level 2 accessibility requirements. The program is broken out into individual micro-modules that provide a power-packed learning experience that can be consumed in short bursts for maximum retention without overwhelming or losing even the shortest of attention spans. I visually designed and developed the entire program and all its media, as well as the implementation of the Chat Bot. For sales enablement and marketing purposes I developed a promotional video for the product which can also be viewed below.
High contrast black and white photography, accented by bright green and blue, is used throughout that focuses on the intimacy of human expression. When looking at these images, we should get the sense that we're looking at a moment in these peoples' lives. Photography is authentic and natural.
Scenario-based activities and knowledge checks are designed around vibrant color backgrounds and high-contrast black and white vector characters that have been stylized in Photoshop.
Dynamic and engaging media is included throughout the program and includes Podcasts, Scenario-based audio examples, Explainer videos that are a mix of both animation and "live" action footage.
ServiceGENI is a chatbot which serves as a helpful guide throughout the program that alerts and provides users with STAR Achievement opportunities, course progress, additional content information, and provides feedback on quiz questions. STAR Achievements are earned when users complete activities and knowledge checks and provide a "gamification" element to the program.
